Double Stage Air Washer is an HVAC air treatment system that provides efficient cooling, filtration and humidity control through a two-stage process. How it works In the first stage, fresh air passes through a heat exchanger where heat is removed by a scavenger fan, delivering sensible cooling without water contact or humidity change. In the second stage, pre-cooled air passes through a cooling pad for evaporative cooling and dust reduction, followed by mist eliminators to prevent water carryover.
